At the twenty-volume compilation of the sleeve written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi, Dr. Stone, it was revealed that the literary franchise has exceeded ten million copies in circulation. This twentieth volume will be placed on sale in Japan on April 2.
INAGAKI AND BOICHI began the publication of the manga in the magazine Weekly Shonen Jump of the publisher Shueisha in March 2017. The publisher published the tenth reciprocatory volume on November 4, followed by the tenth ninth on January 4 in Japan.
The work inspired an adaptation to the anime of twenty-four episodes produced by the TMS Entertainment studies, under the direction of Shinya Iino and scripts written by Yuichiro Kido, premiered in July 2019. A second season of eleven episodes premiered in January 2021, confirming A sequel at the end of its broadcast.
Synopsis of Dr. Stone
After five years of hosting unplaced feelings, Taiju Okju High School Student is finally ready to confess his love to Yuzuriha Ogawa. However, just as Taiju begins his confession, a blinding green light hits the earth and petrifice to humanity around the world, turning every human being into stone. Varios millennia later, Taiju wakes up to find the modern world completely nonexistent Since nature has flourished in the years in which humanity stopped. Between a world of statues, Taiju meets another living human being: the friend of him Senkuu, lover of science, who has been active for a few months. Taiju finds out that Senkuu has developed a great plan: launching the full revival of civilization with science.
