Eromanga Sensei's ending gets Gold Certification
The Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) confirmed that the sixth single from the musical unit of voice actresses TrySail, entitled “Adrenaline !!!”, surpassed 100,000 digital sales in December 2020, for which it has been deserving of the "Gold Certification". The title track of this single was used as the ending theme for the anime Eromanga Sensei.
It has been more than three years and eight months since this single was released digitally in Japan on April 30, 2017. The single's CD was physically released on May 24 of the same year in Japan, and was placed on the sixth position in Oricon's "Weekly Downloads Ranking" with 18,000 copies sold in its first week. The song also won the “Voice Actor Song Award” from Sony Music Entertainment through the “Heisei Anison Taisho” campaign in March 2019.
Furthermore, Tsukasa Fushimi and Hiro Kanzaki have published the light novels through the Dengeki Bunko publishing house since December 2013, with twelve volumes published to date. The play inspired a twelve-episode animated adaptation produced by A-1 Pictures Studios, directed by Ryohei Takeshita and scripts written by Tatsuya Takahashi, released in April 2017. A two-episode OVA was released in January 2019.
