On May 6, the City of Kushiro police station, attached to the Hokkaido Prefecture Police Department reported the arrest of a 51-year-old man under suspicion of having committed the crime of "quasi-obscenity". A new chapter in Japan's strange tendency to report increasingly peculiar crimes.
In November 2015, a man supposedly scammed a woman from around 20 who passed through the vicinity of a complete apartment in the city of Kushiro, and deceived her by saying that due to an injury he could not use his hands, asking him to Help him to urinate standing and making her touch her noble parts.
According to the police, the woman "felt something strange" in the lower part of the man's body when he approached him, so he suspected the circumstances and reported the incident to the police. The police in Japan has not confirmed the identity of this suspect, however, they have continued to receive multiple reports of similar incidents after that in 2015, and they plan to carry out extensive investigation to confirm that this recently arrested man is the one involved in all these acts .
