It is not mentioned to mention that novelization should not be confused with Aya Yajima's novels, because the first are an adaptation of the original story, while the second ones have parallel stories. For his part, Koyoharu Gotouge began the publication of the manga in the magazine Weekly Shonen Jump of the publisher Shueisha in February 2016 and ended it in May 2020. The publisher published the twenty second volume collector on October 2 in Japan. The work recently reached 150 million copies in circulation.
The manga inspired an adaptation to the anime of 26 episodes produced by the Ufotable Studies, under the direction of Haruo Sotozaki and scripts written by the studies, premiered in April 2019.
