LiSA Releases Music Video for Single 'Dawn'
After ten consecutive days of the online campaign titled “13 Days Until 'Dawn'”, Japanese singer LiSA has finally released the full music video for her 18th single titled “Dawn”. In the video, LiSA shows her solid performance with her band in the background and flames changing her expressions quickly.
The title track was released digitally earlier today, just prior to its physical release scheduled for Japan on January 13. Additionally, this song is also the opening theme song for the original anime Back Arrow, which is produced by Aniplex and Studio VOLN, under the direction of Goro Taniguchi (Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch) and scripts written by Kazuki Nakashima (Promare, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Kill la Kill).
Finally, LiSA, whose real name is Risa Ooribe, is a Japanese singer-songwriter affiliated with the Aniplex performance company. Making her debut in the professional ranks in 2010 and as a solo artist in 2011, she has performed multiple renowned music tracks for franchises such as Fate / Zero, Sword Art Online, Genei wo Kakeru Taiyou, Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei, and Kimetsu no Yaiba. Her most recent single, the seventeenth titled “Homura”, was used as the main theme song for the film Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Ressha-hen.
