10-manbun synopsis # 1

People always say it won't happen to them. They say the chances are always only one in a hundred thousand. While 99,999 people may be fine, then there will always be one who was unlucky; and it is that case that destroys a life and that of those around them. Not even young and innocent love is free from this cruelty. Rino Sakuragi is a soft-spoken girl who vents her anger through haikus. She secretly pines for Ren Kiritani, a popular boy at her school. Although it seems that she is miles away from him, Ren asks her one day without hesitation what she feels about him, which leads them both to come out. Although their feelings are mutual, something much more cruel threatens the couple . The chances were only one in a hundred thousand, but it happened to them, and it seems they will be forced to question whether "happily ever after" really exists.
