According to an alleged leak on networks, the production of a second season for the animated adaptation of the light novels written by Jougi Shiraishi and illustrated by Azuru, Majo no Tabitabi (The Journey of Elaina), would be confirmed. As of the date and time of writing this article, there is still no confirmation in this regard, however, if there is one, it would take place after the broadcast of the final episode of the series, scheduled for December 18 in Japan.
The series has been on air since last October 2 in Japan and is confirmed with a total of twelve episodes that will be distributed in two Blu-ray / DVD BOX volumes. For his part, Jougi began publishing the novels in April 2016 and SB Creative publishing house published the fourteenth volume on October 14, followed by the fifteenth on December 10 in Japan.

Synopsis of Majo no Tabitabi
In a certain place there is a traveling witch named Elaina. Being a traveler, she has met many people and countries as she continues on her long, long road: A city that only accepts wizards, a muscle-loving giant, a young man wanting to reconnect with his deceased beloved, a princess abandoned in a destroyed town, and the witch's story will be intertwined with all of them. Meeting incredibly strange people and making beautiful memories together, now, even now, the witch can't help but keep her whole life one of encounters and farewells.
