Since September 2020 he had been announced that the alternative route of light novels written by Tsukasa Fushimi and illustrated by Hiro Kanzaki, ORE no imooto ga konna ni kawaii wake ga nai (oreimo), centered on Ruri Gokou (Kuroneko), would have an adaptation A MANGA. Recently it was confirmed that this adaptation of the hand of Airi Mori will start in the ninth edition of this year of Monthly Shonen Ace, next July 26 in Japan.
For his part, Tsukasa Fushimi began the publication of light novels through the Kadokawa publisher in August 2008 with illustrations of Hiro Kanzaki. The main route ended with twelve volumes, being the last published in June 2013. However, six years later, in August 2019, a new volume was published that initiated a new route based on the character Ayase Aragaki, which covered the volumes 13 and 14.
Subsequently, Ruri Gokou route was covered in volumes 15 and 16, and the Kanako Kurusu route is still pending. The work also inspired an adaptation to the anime of twelve episodes premiered in October 2010 and produced by the AIC Build studies. A second season premiered in April 2013 and had thirteen episodes, this time it was produced by studies A-1 Pictures.
Synopsis of oreimo.
Kyosuke Kosaka is an ordinary 17-year-old boy who lives in Chiba, and who has had a terrible relationship with his sister Kirino in recent years. However, one day, Kyosuke finds a DVD with an anime of magic girls pulled at the entrance of his house.
