
The Animate International portal revealed that four new vinyl records will be released within the "Studio Ghibli Vinyl Record" collection, which features remastering of the films Gake no Ue no Ponyo (Ponyo and the Secret of the Little Mermaid), Kaze Tachinu (Se Raise the Wind) and Kaguya-hime no Monogatari (The Tale of Princess Kaguya), as well as new ones.




Ponyo's first soundtrack is an album that includes ten tracks with six vocal tracks featuring the work of Fujimaki Fujioka and Nozomi Ohashi, Little Carol, Fujimaki Fujioka, Nozomi Ohashi, Mai, and lyrics inspired by Hayao Miyazaki's annotations during production. , plus four instrumental versions. The other three releases include orchestral versions of the soundtracks by Ponyo, Kaze Tachinu (The Wind Rises) and Kaguya-hime no Monogatari (The Tale of the Princess Kaguya), composed by Joe Hisaishi.
Preorders for all four releases are available through the official distributor site (link), the first album priced at 3,800 yen (about $ 36), while the three albums with orchestrated soundtracks are individually priced at 4,800. yen (about $ 45). Once booked, the launch is scheduled for April 24.
