In May 2021 the twenty-fifth anniversary of the start of the publication of the written manga is held and illustrated by the CLAMP, CARDCAPOR Sakura group. An official commemorative site was recently opened, and there published a special illustration made by the creative group.

It is a written sleeve and illustrated by the CLAMP Creative Group, which was originally published through Nakayoshi magazine of the Kodansha publisher between May 1996 and June 2000. The work inspired an adaptation to the anime of 70 episodes produced by Madhouse and issued Between April 1998 and March 2000.
A sequel entitled Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card-Hen is published by the same creative team through the same magazine since July 2016 in Japan. This sequel, focused on Sakura Kinomoto High School Days, inspired an anime of 22 episodes produced by the Madhouse studios and issued in January 2018.
Synopsis of Cardcaptor Sakura
Sakura Kinomoto is your fourth grade student, until one day, it comes across a mysterious book that contains a game of cards. Unfortunately, she has little time to guess what cards mean because she accidentally raises a gust of magic wind and, unintentionally, spread the letters all over the world. Suddenly wake up from the book, the beast of the seal, keroberos (nicknamed Kero-chan), says Sakura that he has released the mystical "Clow Cards" created by the Sorcerer Clow Reed.
