Through your Official Twitter account, Imaru Adachi, who is in charge of the adaptation to the sleeve of the light novels HEGE WO SORRU. Soshite Joshikousei Wo Hirou (Higéhiro: After Being Rejected, I Shaved and Took In A High School Runaway), reported that it is still enough for the end of the work, even though the light novels will end in June. The above indicates that the intention is to adapt all the original work.
On the other hand, the light novels written by Shimenta and illustrated by Booota are published through the Editorial Seal Sneaker Bunko of Kadokawa since February 2018. The publisher will publish the fifth and last volume next June 1 in Japan. Adachi publishes the adaptation to Manga through Kadokawa Monthly Shonen Ace magazine since November 2018.
The work is inspiring an adaptation to the anime produced by the studies Project No.9, under the direction of Manabu Kamikita (in its debut as director) and scripts written by Deko Akao (Noragami, Akagami no Shirayuki-Hime), currently in broadcast on Japan and confirmed with thirteen episodes.

The Office worker Yoshida has been in love with his co-worker, Airi Gotou, for five years. In spite of finally getting an appointment with her, the confession of her is quickly rejected. Drunk and disappointed, he staggered home, just to find a high school girl sitting next to the road. The girl, who needs a place to spend the night, tries to seduce Yoshida who, despite rejecting her progress, invites her to her apartment. The next morning, the girl, presenting yourself as Sayu Ogiwara, reveals that it has escaped from Hokkaido to Tokyo. During his six-month revelry, she continually exchanged sexual favors on a roof over her head. Yoshida, however, is not allowed to convince her because of her seduction. Instead, he asks him to do a different type of work, one that involves washing the dishes and washing clothes. And so, a moving relationship begins between a disconsolate adult and a fugitive high school girl.
