Through the official Twitter account for the ComicFesta division, the production of a second season for the anime adaptation of the adult manga written and illustrated by Tanishi Kawano, Yubisaki kara Honki no Netsujou, was announced.
This sequel will be released during the next month of July. The production details will be announced later, however, the return of the voice cast that participated in the first installment of the series was anticipated.
Kawano began the serialization of the manga in 2018 and is currently being distributed in the CLAIR TL magazine of the Siuseisha publishing house, counting so far with 4 compilation volumes published. The first season of the anime premiered in July 2019 under the production of Hokiboshi studios and ran for 8 episodes.
Yubisaki kara no Honki no Netsujou synopsis
Office worker Ryou Fujihashi, 24, is trapped inside her apartment, which has caught fire. The firefighters arrive in time to save her, and one of them is Souma Mizuno, Fujihashi's childhood friend and with whom she had a crush on her. As the apartment fire goes out, she rekindles an old love.
