A new animated commercial has been posted on the official site for the smartphone game, Disney Twisted-Wonderland. The Aniplex company, which collaborated with Walt Disney Japan in the production of the game, was in charge of the distribution of this new promotional video. Additionally, voice actor Atsushi Tamaru, who plays Azul Ashengrotto, was in charge of the narration.
The video features the members of the "Octavinelle Bedroom," which is inspired by the 1989 Disney animated film, "The Little Mermaid." On the other hand, the game was released in Japan last March, and focuses on characters inspired by the villains of Disney movies. The installment is described as "an adventure game in a villain academy", which will have elements of rhythm and battles.
- Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler) manga author Yana Toboso was commissioned to write the main concept, settings, and character designs for the game.
- TROYCA studios were in charge of the animated opening sequence.
- The group Night Ravels performed the opening theme song, with the single titled "Piece of my world."
Disney Twisted-Wonderland Synopsis
The story begins when the main character is summoned to another world by a magic mirror. There, the character arrives at the prestigious magic training school "Night Ravens College". With nowhere to go, the protagonist receives an offer of protection from the masked rector, and meets the grumpy but genius students at the school, while trying to find a way back home.
