The official announcement stated that Sega has granted permission for all Hololive Production agency Virtual YouTubers (as well as all of its divisions and affiliates) to stream playing their video games and that they have entered into a comprehensive license agreement with Cover Corp., which analyzes the handling of your copyrighted works.
This is at least the second time that Sega allows live streaming of its video games, since it has previously signed a similar agreement with the Nijisanji Virtual YouTubers agency.
