Sword Art Online Synopsis
In the year 2022, a massive online role-playing game called Sword Art Online was released. With the help of "NerveGear" technology, players can control their avatars within the game. Kazuto Kirigaya, nicknamed "Kirito", is one of the lucky ones who have in their hands the first shipment of the game. He logs in to find himself in the world of Aincrad, full of fantastic medieval weapons and hideous monsters. However, in a cruel turn of events, players soon find that they can't log out; the creator of the game has trapped them in his new world until they complete all hundred levels of the game. To make matters worse, if they die in Aincrad, they die in real life. Kirito must adapt to his new reality and fight for his survival.
