In the tenth ninth edition of this year of the superior Big Comic magazine, it was revealed that the written sleeve and illustrated by Hiroya Oku, Gigant, will end with the publication of its next chapter, scheduled for September 24 in Japan. Oku had previously pointed out that the work would only have ten compilation volumes.
OKU began the publication of the manga through the superior Big Comic magazine of the Shogakukan publisher in December 2017. The publisher published the eighth compilation volume on March 30, and will publish the ninth on August 30 in Japan. It is no more pointing out that Oku is also author of other successful sleeves like Gantz and Inuyashiki, who inspired adaptations to anime.
Synopsis of Gigant.
Rei Yokoyamada, a high school student whose father works for a cinematographic producer, is inspired to create his own short film with his friends. One day, while looking for actors, he sees tabloid type notices that the Picky Adult Film Star lives in him. When he withdraws them to protect her, he meets her woman. Little he knows that Papic is about to be dragged into a strange and supernatural event ... where she grows up to the size of a giant!
