The story follows Midori, Tsubame, and Sayaka, an energetic trio of first-year high school girls who meet at the Eizo-ken (Video Research Club) to turn their anime dreams into reality. Midori is nervous about creating an anime on her own. She meets Tsubame, who seems to be a well-off girl, but she really has a dream: to be a cheerleader.
